Reject electronic mails of uncertain origin that invite you to access their Electronic Banking service and request your codes. Banco de Valencia NEVER uses this type of means.

SIGNING YOUR TRANSACTIONS

You may use your personal signature code and, for greater security, an individual and non-transferable code card or, if you prefer, you may use your electronic DNI (Spanish National Identity Document).

BLOCKING CODES AND CODE CARDS

In the event of successive errors, your access codes or code card will be automatically blocked. For your own security, you must go to your Banco de Valencia branch in person to unblock the codes.

Among other advanced security systems, you will benefit from:
* Data protected by 128-bit SSL protocol encryption, which prevents third parties capturing or viewing any exchanged information, and certifies the authenticity of the connection server.
