LÍNEA BV is a convenient, user-friendly and totally secure telephone banking service which Banco de Valencia provides to its customers totally free of charge so that they may perform telephone transactions and enquiries.
• Free of charge.
• You can register for this service at any of the bank's branches.
• You can make enquiries or perform totally secure transactions using the personal identification key and the code card provided with the service.
• Línea BV is available from 08:00 am to 21:00 pm every day of the week except Sundays and national holidays (Saturdays from 08:00 am to 14:00 pm).
• Additionally, we offer you the Global Service language service, where you will be attended in English, French and German.
